New Zealand – Cloudy Bay ‘Polorus’ Sparkling Wine
If you like your New Zealand Wines your sure to have heard of the ‘Cloudy Bay’ Vinyard, one if the top wineries in New Zealand.
Their ‘Polorus’ 2009′ Vintage Sparkling Wine can rival any Champagne. Made using the traditional Champagne method and a blend of the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape it has a lovely citrus freshness but is rich & creamy with nutty flavours coming through, any expert would be hard pushed to guess it wasn’t from the Champagne Region.
For a special occasion or for your Christmas toast it is perfect and priced at £28.49 but ON OFFER FOR JUST £18.98 you wouldn’t get a decent Champagne to rival this for the price.
